Developed a complex catastrophic health event consequence management estimation tool for use in the deliberate planning process in support of the Department of Homeland Security’s National Response Framework and Emergency Support Functions for Medical, Public Health, and Mass Care in support of DSCA and HA/DR mission sets. This tool support planning efforts at the Local, State, and Federal levels and is sponsored by the Defense Health Agency through their Pacific Joint Information Technology Center.

Conducts readiness reporting for the North American Air Defense Command (NORAD), overseeing the Joint Combat Capability Assessment (JCCA) process, and use of DRRS for headquarters NORAD and its geographic Regions. Ensures NORAD capability shortfalls are appropriately represented in multiple high-level reporting processes, including the Quarterly Readiness Report to Congress, Joint Staff annual Readiness Deficiency Assessment, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Risk Assessment, the Chief of the Canadian Defence Staff readiness reporting processes, and the commander’s Integrated Priority List. Regularly interfaces with staff at all levels throughout NORAD and USNORTHCOM ensuring, operational, acquisition, planning, logistics, and system functions are aligned and able to depict the readiness impact on the execution of NORAD mission areas. Provides exercise planning support for NORAD in all phases of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC). Facilitates establishment of exercise and training objectives, obtains senior leadership approval, determines and projects force requirements, conducts exercise observations, evaluations, and oversees assessments of NORAD exercises to include VIGILANT SHIELD and ARDENT SENTRY national level exercises. Ensures JTIMS is effectively utilized for NORAD for all the above activities as the program of record for exercise planning, execution, and evaluation.Provides end-user support for DRRS and JTIMS from account creation, assignment of roles and responsibilities, and troubleshooting, to analytical assistance in developing mission essential task, conditions, and standards for assessment of NORAD mission.

Produced multiple complex reports for the Military Health System (MHS)/Defense Health Agency (DHA) following the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process. Conducted a capabilities-based assessment of the MHS’ role in DSCA and Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HA/DR) Operations missions as part of the Quadrennial Defense Review and MHS transformational guidance. Reviewed pertinent doctrine, policy, guidance and studies from the national to service level, interviewed personnel at all levels across the MHS/DHA, including US Transportation Command and Air Mobility Command Aeromedical Evacuation and Patient Movement personnel, assessed requirements, established measures of performance, identified capabilities and gaps in capabilities as measured by tasks and standards and proposed recommended solutions for adoption at the senior MHS level.
