About Bill Bader

I believe teamwork is critical to organizational success and leadership is critical to successful teamwork. I have always been a servant leader that inspires others by empowering them to utilize their gifts to achieve success for themselves and their team. Many kids looked up to athletes when I was growing up, but my role model was a coach named Vince Lombardi. Coach Lombardi was tough, but he cared about and inspired his players and his assistant coaches to achieve their full potential and win championships. Leading teams has always been what I enjoy most and through these winning teams I have found personal success. My career has been focused on telecommunications, data & mobile technologies, cybersecurity and other emerging technologies. After 35 years with AT&T (SBC), I went into consulting and business development for small businesses including a few technology start-ups. Technology can change lives and save lives, which is what we are doing at MakeWay.

Listed skills include Telecommunications, Cloud Computing, Management, Strategic Planning, and 46 others.

MakeWay's vision and goal is to save lives, reduce accidents and protect property on our roadways and in our communities using mobile technology to alert driver's of an approaching or intersecting emergency vehicle (Police, Fire, EMS and other emergency vehicles) allowing driver's in the path to MakeWay for these emergency vehicles thus reducing the negative impacts that result from these accidents.Vehicles today do a great job of minimizing road noise and other sounds outside of the vehicle, but unfortunately that includes the sirens on emergency vehicles not being heard until it is often too late to avoid an accident. MakeWay has the solution to alert driver's using mobile technology and our patented technology that creates an awareness of the near presence of an emergency vehicle thereby reducing the potential for an accident. When First Responders are involved in a motor vehicle accident lives are at risk for those in the vehicles involved and those that are at the other end of the call they are responding to such as a fire, accident, crime, critical health issue or any of the thousands of reasons first responders are dispatched everyday. MakeWay’s technology will be saving lives, injuries, property damage and taxpayer dollars by improving the response time and reducing the risk on our roadways.
