Corporate Trade Show And Event Manager
Current- Plan and manage trade shows and events for clients including development of strategy, goals and objectives, event conceptualization and theme development, and analysis of event effectiveness and ROI
- Lead creation, implementation, and management of project timelines, meetings, staff training, pre-event briefing books and walkthroughs, and post event debriefs
- Prepare, track and reconcile budgets for each trade show/event ensuring events are within, or under, budget
- Supervise sourcing, vetting, negotiation and management of vendors in exhibit/event design and production, graphics production, A/V, catering, talent, transportation, and logistics
- Coordinate and manage internal and external teams in design, copywriting, and production of trade show graphics, product demos/presentations, promotional items, and marketing collateral
- Manage all aspects of event logistics including contract negotiations, venue selections, meeting space allocation, meeting room set-ups/diagrams, shipping/transportation, food & beverage, and AV
