I am passionate about teaching organizations to create inclusive environments that allow anyone to develop software. I pride myself on building Shadow IT organizations, believing that a healthy Shadow-IT presence drives real Business-IT alignment.I am the co-author of the automated governance book for IT Revolution. It tells the socio-technical story of bringing security, compliance, and audit into the software delivery lifecycle.
