Mr. Henderson has over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles in the professional services industry and has supported the needs of both individual and institutional investors at notable firms including Marcum, Merrill Lynch and Citigroup. In his most recent role in the financial services field, Bill served as the National Head of Business Development for the Hedge Fund Practice at big four accounting firm, Deloitte.In 2019, Mr. Henderson pursued an opportunity in the field of engineering co-founding a successful start-up called American Forensic Engineering LLC (AFE) which, upon it's restructure, would provide the foundation for the formation of a new firm called Harmonic Engineering Solutions LLC.. Harmonic offers services along-side, and in support of industry professionals who build and maintain public and private physical infrastructure.Mr. Henderson is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, BS, Economics, Spring ’91.
