-Scaled organization to 15x increase in valuation over 3 years, from a bootstrapped 25 person company to acquisition by Ford – led all diligence, terms negotiation, and legal review-Raised $8M Series A in 2016 to grow the business, including $2M in debt to limit dilution-Managed various functions including Finance, Legal, Operations, Services, HR, and IT/Facilities, and implemented plan to triple headcount over an 18 month period
