After more than 20 years of Salesforce CRM Consulting and over 400 projects, I offer my knowledge to small business sales leaders as a Salesforce Consultant.My typical clients are sales leaders in small businesses needing to get the most out of their Salesforce CRM system. I have also earned the “Ranger” badge with over 90k Trailhead points.I spend most of my time implementing core Salesforce CRM Sales Cloud functionality, Sales Productivity modules, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE formerly Pardot). I tend to NOT implement other modules such as Field Service (FSL), CPQ, Marketing Cloud (other than MCAE), Tableau, Mulesoft.
