Regional Recruitment Director managing 20 multi sector branches, from Bedford to Brighton including London. During my tenure I merged the two brands into Citirecruit and expanded into other sectors such as commercial and call centre, permanent and temporary recruitment.The Citirecruit brand was revamped and new offices opened in Manchester.

Ultimate Recruitment was a newly formed Professional Services company, supplying permanent staff to the Commercial, PA & Secretarial, Banking and Hospitality markets. The business was based in London, Fleet, Glasgow and Edinburgh.Ulitimate Recruitment comprised over thirty professionals, steeped in their chosen sector and working with many leading Banks, Hotels and Legal firms.

I left Reed Employment in 2007 after nearly 13 years, I have a wealth of experience in several recruitment sectors. In Reed I managed a high street multi-sectored branch in Ipswich in the mid-nineties, was promoted to Regional Manager in East Anglia ,latterly managing 15 offices across the whole of the East of England. Following a promotion in 2003, I became Operations Director for Reeds East Area. This covered some 60 branches from the midlands, through London to Brighton.In this role I had five Regional Managers reporting to me directly as well as also managing Reeds London regionReed Employment focused solely on supplying core Office and Secretarial support, almost equally split between permanent and temporary supply.A strategic role was to develop specialisms nationally for Reeds temporary business. This included managing campaigns for Not for Profit, Public Sector, NHS and specialist Secretarial and PA supply. I believe I have a strategic approach to my work, possess strong management skills and specialise in distant management. My experience covers recruiting for a number of Top 100 clients along with extensive experience of the Public Sector and SME's.
