Entrada, a healthcare IT company with years of rapid growth, developed a mobile productivity platform that optimizes EHR workflow and enables physician organizations to successfully embrace a digital health strategy. I grew the company from just over $100,000 to approaching $14 million in annual revenue and achieved a successful exit in 2017 to a strategic partner. After working through a commitment for an integration period, I exited in 2018 and relaunched A2B Advisors.Developed the concept for ExpressNotes, an industry-changing methodology for populating information from Entrada’s iOS and Android apps into multiple fields within an EHR. This one of its kind functionality led to close collaboration with multiple large physician organizations and partnerships with a growing list of national EHR companies - including NextGen Healthcare, athenahealth, Allscripts and Greenway Health. Built Entrada’s foundational elements for growth, including its executive team, culture and corporate strategy and vision. Entrada’s Honors and Achievements included: - Averaged annual growth exceeding 63% from the end of his first full year as CEO through the sale of the company - Member of the Inc. Managed multiple simultaneous start-up and growth operations that, combined, saw several hundred thousand patients annually.Worked extensively with physician partners, regional hospitals, nearby specialist organizations and healthcare payors to execute on broad-based initiatives that led to substantial growth in revenue and profits at all locations.Success led to promotion to Chief Executive Officer in 2000. While CEO, led a turnaround of PriCare from extensive losses to stability while transitioning the Company to a new business model. Grew and sold off all legacy PPM business over a four-year period while simultaneously securing and incubating imaging center management contracts.
