Lead a team that engages across the 36 SaaS properties within Oracle to drive customer reliability improvements. We also build and run shared service components to drive efficiencies for SaaS developers as they build for the cloud, including standard SIEM integration, compliance reporting infrastructure, and cloud asset inventory tracking

Manage service engineering (SRE, operations, monitoring, reliability tools & infrastructure) for the Dynamics 365 suite of services. Lead a globally distributed team of engineers, running planet-scale, business-critical CRM & ERP services.

Ran a distributed engineering team that built Microsoft Social Engagement, the social component of Dynamics 365. Built on Azure to be highly scalable utilizing OSS (Linux, ElasticSearch) + Azure PaaS services (Service Bus, EventHub, Azure SQL). Fostered a live site first, DevOps culture within the team.

Primary accountabilities included service engineering for Dynamics CRM Online including live site management, financially backed SLA management, infrastructure design and management, and compliance execution.

Grew the Program Management discipline in Microsoft's India Development Center (IDC) for Dynamics CRM. Responsible for feature and service design for Customer Service functionality, real-time dashboards and analytics, and business process design/execution shared components across the Dynamics CRM suite.

Participated in acquisition diligence for Massive Interactive and moved to New York to help onboard the team to Microsoft. Grew Program Management capabilities within the team and designed the technical integration model for automated engagement with Game Developers. Facilitated conversion of existing Massive service to highly scalable & reliable ad serving infrastructure.

Led design and release of new Customer Service tools used by Microsoft support agents to engage with our consumer users. Built from the ground up a complete replacement for billing & subscription tools used by 1000s of agents worldwide. Issued patent for Support Agent Routing concept & design.

Built XR (eXtreme Response) engineering team for all back-end subscription and commerce platform services. The team was responsible for maintaining and improving reliability and performance of our services, building monitoring and automated management tools, and managing SLAs. Issued patents for online service provisioning, and service resource allocation /management.

Subscription and Commerce for MSN, Xbox Live, other Microsoft consumer backend systems. Owned delivery and servicing of online provisioning infrastructure and consumer billing systems.

Founding member of the Albuquerque franchise of USWeb, an Internet marketing company created in 1995 by former Novell executives. Responsible for all aspects of developing and deploying customer internet & intranet sites.

Built patient / hospital management software in RPG IV for AS/400 midrange computers. Extended capabilities in C/C++ for patient records / checkin processes.
