I started and grew Enigma's Field Product organization, hiring and training the leaders that we asked to run our most mission-critical customer engagements and product initiatives across the company. I also built and led Enigma's CPG industry vertical, delivering machine-learning solutions to increase brick and mortar revenue at scale for Global 100 Consumer Goods companies.

I led customer engagements, product teams and internal operations initiatives to help enterprise clients (and Palantir itself) unlock the value of their data.While I worked on several initiatives, I am particularly proud of two projects:- Founded the product metrics team. We built a product suite to collect, store, and analyze product data from the field, allowing client teams, product teams, and company leadership to make more data-driven strategic decisions.- Helped lead Palantir's engagement with US Special Forces, including the unit responsible for global humanitarian aid delivery. Spearheaded first-of-its kind data collaboration between US special forces, foreign militaries and aid non-profits.

2014 Texas Democratic Gubernatorial Campaign- Built a web application from scratch to collect and analyze GOTV reporting from 300+ volunteer staging locations across the state - Created statewide daily voter contact priority algorithm and tool, maximizing the impact of our campaign's door-knocking capacity across 8,816 precincts - Built dynamic target universes for all voter contact programs using proprietary models and campaign data

2013 Democratic Mayoral Campaign- Took campaign from a 1-point margin in the preliminary to an 8-point margin in the general election- Recruited staff and volunteers, crafted and implemented organizing, mail, message, advertising and debate strategy

President Obama's 2012 Re-election Campaign- Recruited and managed two neighborhood teams of 120 volunteers in Northwest Las Vegas

Morgan Stanley's IPO Execution and Pricing Team- Coordinated and facilitated all aspects of more than 200 equity offerings worldwide, totaling more than $130 billion- Responsible for risk analysis and modeling of all potential offerings involving the commitment of Morgan Stanley capital- Notable equity transaction experience includes: Facebook, Inc. ($16.0 billion), American International Group ($11.8 billion), Michael Kors Holdings ($2.3 billion), Capital One Financial Corp ($1.2 billion), Zynga Inc. ($1.0 billion), Groupon Inc. ($805 million)
