I have loved the field Industrial Organizational Psychology since discovering it during my senior year at Ohio University. It has allowed me to meld the science of Psychology with the competitive challenges of business. I am very proud to have co-founded DDI because it has been repeatedly named one of the best middle-sized companies to work for in America and has pioneered more important Industrial/Organizational Psychology methodologies than any other organization. DDI deals with many of the world’s largest companies through its 42 offices around the world and multiple millions of people go through its training and assessment programs each year. My biggest pride comes from the impact of our programs on people’s lives, which has led to our motto, “DDI changes lives.” Currently my main activity is working with teams of DDI associates to come up with and try new ideas and methodologies. To hear my views on what makes a great leader and how to succession planning, watch the videos below by clicking on the images.
