Project list highlights:Crafted an accepted proposal for a fiber optic cable connection across an international border. This report was first submitted to the International Boundary Commission for approval and then used as an RFP for contractors on both sides of the border.Created a tool in Python to make a statewide field map of the fiber optic internet backbone on power transmission lines. This map has been used several times to quickly pinpoint fiber cable breaks. The Python tool was used to calculate distances between structures and convert GIS coordinates into a 2D map that does not require online connectivity.Worked as part of a team to rollout the new instant replay system for Major League Baseball. On January 16, 2014, MLB approved an expansion of instant replay that required a system be installed and tested in every baseball park that provided all cameras angles and direct communication to the Replay Operations Center in NYC. My role was field system engineer. I did San Diego, Anaheim, Minneapolis, Oakland, Toronto, Atlanta, and San Francisco in a six week time period.Summary: I have the ability to pick up and create new methods quickly. I have a history of getting the difficult work and making it a success. I've adapted to travel for work. I'm both hardware and software oriented. I am familiar with some of the issues of performing tasks outside the U.S.
