- Pocasset Pokanoket Land Trust, Cranston, RI - Consulted on setup of client database and reports.- Eventus Global Solutions, Englewood, CO – Due to the recent demand for unemployment assistance the California Employment Development Department engaged Eventus to develop knowledge articles and customer service scripts for their call centers. In fulfillment of this requirement I developed knowledge-based process flows (using SF Flow Builder) serving 4,000+ customer service representatives. These process flows are scripts/questions asked of phone clients by representatives which retrieve appropriate knowledge articles based on clients’ responses. This involved working with business analysts, article authors and subject matter experts in a team environment. I tested all flows before migrating from sandbox to production. Other ac-cessory tasks included but not limited to the creation of pages, reports, dashboards, menus, and custom objects/fields.- Venture Solar, Brooklyn, NY - Created custom Process Builder processes, fields, managed permission sets, managed Salesforce AppExchange project management application (TaskRay), created reports and dashboards, customized page layouts and components, etc, - Saint Peter’s Haven, Clifton, N.J. – Migrated legacy database to Salesforce, developed automated donation acknowledgement and reports/dashboards.
