His knowledge-base and adaptability have added a tremendous amount of value to each project he has worked on. With a team-oriented mindset and a drive for excellence, Bill has seamlessly transitioned into his current role as Director of Preconstruction and Estimating, where he will be able to further develop Columbia’s preconstruction approach and facilitate the growth of the team.
