• Led the district in technology through staff training, departmental supervision and customer support

• Supported the school’s data needs: data requirements for Pennsylvania System of School Assessment (PSSA) testing and Continuing Education Department reports and Pennsylvania Information Management System (PIMS) reports to the Pennsylvania Department of Education (including collecting, cleaning, formatting, error-checking and submitting data in CSV flat files)• Wrote DB applications for the Continual Improvement System (ISO) and IT Support and equipment tracking (both in Access)• Developed the three Technology Plans successfully submitted to PDE• Facilitated ISO certification (one of the first schools to achieve this certification)• Coordinated and supported projects with outside agencies and consultants• Served as a long-term substitute for the SED class

• Responsible for all discipline and police contacts• Initiated primary response to a school shooting• Shared responsibility for all staff evaluations

• Facilitated the selection of the program and training of the staff in conjunction with the deployment of the new student tracking program• Responsible for the initial development of the academic program for the new comprehensive program
