I am a highly motivated executive with outstanding success developing and cultivating teams of real estate staff, brokers and vendors, and development/construction teams for retail, QSR, and full-service restaurants to accomplish projects on time and within budget.For Mongolian Concepts, I plan and execute remodels/refreshes/rebrands throughout the system that result in improved sales and customer satisfaction to ensure customers have a great experience and want to return and the design of the space achieves certain business goals. I direct the development and construction of new restaurants.For the Krystal Company, I designed and guided the company’s new focus on franchise development that decreased development times and building costs and increased royalty income streams. As a result of this new flagship building, I led multiple development projects throughout 13 states. Krystal successfully opened 52 new franchise locations in two years and increased development fee revenue $1.7 million. To further support franchisees, I wrote a franchise construction manual that provided step-by-step procedures to assist them through the development process, accurately project openings, and provide detailed costs within specified markets.I am a key player on teams that conduct due diligence for purchasing distressed restaurants to operate or sell at a profit. I focus on assessments to identify and evaluate the historical and present condition, the extent of deferred maintenance, and requirements to bring the property back to acceptable condition. One acquisition of 12 quick service restaurants resulted in substantial ROI upon implementing identified solutions.I serve on a national advisory board for the retail construction industry.
