While the technical team out of Dubois was much smaller, would frequently interact with users all over the nation. Participated on several projects for various client services such as a Microsoft Exchange upgrade and implementation. Migrated from Lotus Notes to Exchange. Became primary IT manager at the DuBois location. Worked heavily facing the end users and clients. Oversaw global standardization of processes and procedures. Day to day included working with any Exchange related issues at the global level. Co-managed file and application servers throughout North America. Became a SME for Exchange and was the go to person for any high-level issues that that would arise. Also worked with technical project management for locations across North America. Had hands on technical background and often would help with more junior technicians out of the DuBois location. Was a huge part of the Exchange upgrade and was a key player in several global projects. A large technical background that helped easily push projects along and was not afraid to be hands on when needed. Can speak about projects at a very high level and have the technical knowledge to back it up.
