• Successfully implemented a new inventory system of record (Glovia) to replace the archaic Legacy (EMPACT) system; a 3-year globally implemented undertaking across all Dell factories and facilities. Involvement included.
• Evaluated all processes related to inventory handling, movement, and data input.
• Re-engineered processes (and process flow charts for each) to eliminate wastes and incorporate Glovia functionality.
