Assisted New President in the transition of the Information Technology Division. Responsibilities were:Meet Compliance requirements pushed down from their German parent company. Transition the organization to a proactive, customer first service team. Identify security and DR shortfalls and address. Identify and assist in the hiring of the permanent CIO.

Designed and Managed the national service activities for Xerox Connect, a new group formed by Xerox through the purchase of many smaller computer resellers. Assisted with the consolidation of multiple offices within the same market without disrupting customer service within that market.

Assisted in building a national service program by combining 56 companies including Ameridata that GE bought in an effort to enter the IT services market.

I started at Allied with 3 engineers in Allieds early years and built a team of approximately 230 field engineers. We supported most of the large organizations in the Milwaukee market.
