Created a strategy for lead management by focusing on conversion rate optimization to achieve our short-term goal of getting more leads.Increased the click-through-rate (CTR) for one of our paid search campaigns by 10% by using javascript to display a dynamic headline based on search keywords, resulting in lowering the cost of our lead spend.Built a three-part spreadsheet to track live omni-channel tests, measuring the success of each test by determining statistical relevance, and archiving all tests performed to quickly correlate the lead activation rate in our call center to our optimization testing implementation dates.Monitor user experience and interactions on our paid search campaigns by utilizing Hotjar’s recorded sessions, mouse movement and clicks, heatmaps, and Google’s page analytics, recognizing any discrepancies in page views and bounce rate across devices and browser types.Design and build marketing automation email campaigns within Marketo, determining the goal of the campaign, defining key-performance-indicators (KPI), and reporting on the performance of the campaign versus the baseline performance of previous campaigns.

As Senior Creative Marketing Manager I hand coded our Marketo email templates, landing page templates, and our custom velocity script to handle over 30 unique brands in a single template. By using velocity scripting we were able to dramatically reduce working hours on pharmacy branded emails by dynamically populating email templates based on the data stored in our lead records. I also conducted split A/B tests for our paid search efforts to help optimize our incoming leads and reduce lead costs.

With a heavy emphasis on marketing automation, my role at Alliance Health has been to aid the Marketing Operations team in architecting branded creative assets inside of Marketo's automation platform to streamline our efforts in building emails and landing pages. In addition to automation, I've solved a complicated problem, using InDesign, to dynamically populate over 800 unique branded pharmacy documents utilizing data merge. I've also helped aid the Demand Generation team in creating branded eBooks to help bring awareness to people with chronic conditions.

Very soon after being hired at iTOK, the executive team decided it would be best to rebrand the company to Bask. During that process I was brought into the executive meetings to provide creative direction on all design-related decision making. Working closely with our executives and branding agency, I was able to give direction on our corporate website and it's functionality, a highly functioning landing page for our call center representatives, and wordsmith the script for a promotional video about Bask's services.
