Responsibilities: Tracking all progress, working closely with the contractor’s Project Managers and Site Managers on schedules, recovery schedules as needed, QA/QC, Change Orders, field engineering, all documentation, etc. Interfaced with several utilities, local officials, the contractors as well as their sub-contractors, safety, engineering, landowners, vendors, procurement, environmental, IT, project management, business development, contract management, as well as testers, the commissioning team and the operations & maintenance group. Additional responsibilities included, but were not limited to, working on close-out packages and the coordination of the plant handover from the Construction to Commissioning Teams. Also assisted in contract reviews, changes and implementation for this project and future ones. Worked with HSEQ on a Safety Recognition programs.

Oversee the construction, testing and commissioning of a new ABB 230kV / 21kV Static Var Compensator (SVC). This was a Greenfield project built from the ground up with the main equipment including four single phase transformers, cap banks, reactors, disconnects, etc. and a new control building.
