At the request of our Global CFO, I revitalized Internal Auditing by restoring morale through people and process restructuring. ⏩HIGHLIGHTS:✓ Drove SOX compliance and integration between Internal Auditing and Big 4 Auditor for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.✓ Led a whistleblower investigation that uncovered millions in global fraud. ✓ Ensured financial report preparation and external audits in accordance with Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong and Taiwan’s international accounting standards and drove SOX 404-SAP integration for a LATAM project.

After successfully driving the Finance and Operations turnaround for the Bradford Clinic, a 13-physician specialty physician group and positioning it for a sale to Presbyterian, I was asked to lead Presbyterian’s OB-GYN division and then hired as the CFO of its 12-practice physician-hospital organization.

Pivoting from Banking to the world of Law, I identified and repaired the finance and operations internal weaknesses for these 2 law practices – and grew Fennebresque from a startup to 30 attorneys and positioned them for profitable sale.
