Being a business owner since 1981, I understand the trials, tribulations, and successes of owning a business. The Conner family-owned business has used the Team Process to manage change and grow the business for over twenty five years with tremendous success. In 1995 I started my own consulting business to share my experiences with other businesses. I have trained and facilitated the use of the team process with government agencies, service-oriented firms, death care owners, manufacturing companies, retailers, insurance agencies, construction firms and medical corporations in the United States, Costa Rica, and Canada. I have presented workshops, seminars, and speeches to chambers of commerce, community service groups, government agencies, non-profit agencies, and firms in the private sector.
