I have a passion for manufacturing excellence, sustainability, and staff development, and I am driven by the mission of producing high-quality and environmentally responsible products that enhance the lives of our clients and communities.I was a site operations manager at Kensing, where I oversaw the daily operations of the plant, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards were met. I coordinated the maintenance activities, planned the production schedules, and supervised the staff training and performance. I leveraged my skills in manufacturing process improvement, interviewing, and problem-solving to optimize the plant's performance, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. I was recognized as Employee of the Year and Employee of the Month multiple times for my leadership, dedication, and innovation. I left Kensing to move to Florida and pursue new opportunities and challenges.
