Recently completed a redevelopment project that involved merging my property on Route 101A in Nashua with an adjacent property, removing the existing structures, and building a new three tenant building. My franchise ice cream shop reopened, changing to an inline operation in one of the new tenant spaces and a new Arby's restaurant was added. Both businesses utililized and helped define the companies' state of the art prototype designs.

- Managed the implementation and assisted with the development of new software applications for key strategic accounts- Installed and configured enterprise accounting systems for clients in the automotive industry- Easily one of the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure to be associated with. Poorly run by amateurish "executives" that have no problem lying directly to your face. Ancient technology that has only survived because it serves a VERY low tech industry. In the short time I worked there, I watched the development of their new flagship system crash and burn because they didn't understand the quality and quantity of resources required for such a project. The "test" department was the receptionist, who was asked to test the system in between answering calls. Unbelievable

- Build a strong working relationship with customers while working with them to define and document their point of sale system requirements, then design and implement systems based on relational database technology on Windows-based platforms. Configure user interfaces to provide ease of use and necessary functionality, and configure reports to provide the information required by management.- Conduct training for end users, management, and owners to ensure a smooth transition and provide live support for system roll out. Obtain sign-offs to validate customer satisfaction with the new system.- Stage and prepare database servers, workstations, printers, and peripherals for installation and work with service technicians to install equipment in a networked environment at customer sites. Troubleshoot equipment and network communication issues as necessary during install.

- Managed small (3-4 person) consulting teams responsible for the implementation of enterprise component-supplier management (CSM) systems built on Oracle relational databases- Responsible for the delivery of implementation services for projects ranging from one to twelve million dollars in total revenue, including highly-successful large-scale implementations at Newport News Shipbuilding and Emerson Electric- Worked closely with customers to define and document system requirements, then designed custom data models that served as the foundation of the system- Coordinated efforts with Aspect’s Data Services group in Bangalore, India to migrate customer’s legacy data- Working at Aspect, before i2 took over was a high point of my career. There were so many talented, brilliant individuals to learn from and their cutting edge technology was rock solid.

- Supported the U.S. sales force through CSM product demonstrations and technical presentations at customer sites, trade shows, and user group meetings- Worked closely with customers to develop prototype data models for custom demonstrations- Assisted with the testing of new product releases- Provided feedback to the engineering group through bug reports and enhancement requests

- Responsible for the development of industry-specific templates designed to integrate the company’s CAD, solid modeling, and product data management (PDM) products.- Served as a technical sales specialist for ADRA’s Direct Translator products, which were designed to meet the needs of customers migrating from mainframe-based CADAM systems.

- Supported the U.S. and European sales teams through product demonstrations and technical presentations of the company’s CAD and PDM systems at customer sites, trade shows, and user group meetings- Selected as the first dedicated pre-sales technical specialist for the newly-developed Matrix PDM product. Worked closely with the Matrix development team in Shelton, CT- Assisted with the testing of new product releases- Provided feedback to the engineering group through bug reports and enhancement requests- Selected for ADRA’s President’s Club in 1995 in recognition of outstanding performance

- Designed high-precision components and assemblies for steel rolling mills utilizing Adra Systems’ CADRA mechanical CAD system.

- Designed high-precision components and assemblies for CNC grinding machines used primarily in the automotive and heavy equipment industries- Managed customer sales order projects to coordinate the engineering work necessary to customize standard products for specific customer applications- Designed grinding processes and tooling required to meet the requirements of specific customer applications- Served as engineering liaison for the manufacturing group to resolve problems encountered during final machine assembly and test phases- Ten years experience with IBM CADAM mainframe-based CAD system.
