Bill is a tax and family enterprise advisory services at Collins Barrow Kawarthas LLP. Over his career Bill has been a tax partner at a national accounting firm in Toronto where his practice focused on private sector and entrepreneurial clientele. He spent several years serving in Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer, positions in both private and public sector companies. Bill's practice at Collins Barrow is devoted family enterprise clientele. In addition to succession and estate tax planning Bill's passion is to ensure family and business continuity after intergenerational transfers. The main goal is for family harmony. Bill is a Family Enterprise Advisor™ certificant and a member of STEP Canada. In order to better help manage conflicts in family business enterprises, Bill is currently working to get his Executive Certificate in Conflict Management from the University of Windsor Law School (scheduled completion in June, 2015).
