Our Renton and Kent office have been running number one and number two for most sales in the North West Real Estate Multiple. About half of my listings have been sold by one of the agents from one of our offices.During the 2004 through 2006 time frame I was able to negotiate a a price for my listings that averaged almost 1% above my listing price. The reason I was able to do this was because I was very good at getting multiple offers on my listing which were then bid up above thier listing price. My average marketing time before a sale was 28 days. In 2006 I specialized in high end new construction homes ,and earned a desingnation as a ALHS an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist. I also earned the ABR designation, Accredited Buyer Reperesentative. In 20007 I beame one of the first Accredited Seller Representatives ASR in Washington State. In 2008 I began teaching first time buyer classes for the State Bond program. In 2009 I became a Certified Negotiation Expert CNE which is about the most valuable service we provide to our clients. I also became a Homesight first time buyer agent. Home Sight is a non profit that provides assistance to first time buyers. I recenlty completed classes to become a CSSN ,a Certified Short Sale Negotiator. It looks like we may have many more foreclosures for the next 3-5 years so I look forward to helping many people that are faced with having to sell their home to avoid a foreclosure. I brought some members of my old office with me and became a select member of the Microsoft Relocation team. As well as a relocation specialist helping many local companies that used Cendant Relocation Services. This was a very interesting job because we had to service clients in all parts of King Pierce and Snowhomish counties
