Launched and Managed a 500,000-square-foot large-scale distribution operation to fulfill orders replenishing over 400 Boot Barn retail stores with inventory. • Oversaw the installation of multiple MHE systems such as an automated robotic storage and retrieval system, complex conveyance systems, and order packaging lines to support receiving, packing and shipping products. • Recruited and hired a staff of over 200 employees including two Operations Managers and seven Supervisors, in an effort to receive, store and ship an average of 30,000 units in an eight-hour shift within six months of start-up. • Managed over $75M of inventory attaining 99.5% unit/location accuracy six months post go-live. • Involved in the process of Integrating advanced WMS with automation technology and optimizing operations for efficiency. • Ensured the Safety of the workforce using multiple approaches such as; Monthly employee meetings with Safety as the first touchpoint, management team leads pre-shift stretching routines every day, deliver expectations of clean work areas at all times and fulfill OSHA requirements in all operations.

Responsible for managing over $140m of inventory in multiple Distribution Centers including receiving, storing, picking and shipping of product in a timely and accurate manner while developing processes using a new WMS in a start-up Distribution Center. • Trained management and staff to receive an average of 60 containers weekly, shipped from International and Domestic suppliers. Achieved 98% load accuracy from a receiving perspective and a 24-hour turnaround from unloading, palletizing and the closing of delivery notes in Infor (WMS). • Collaborated with IT to develop, test and implement a cycle counting program to verify location and SKU accuracy of 34K locations, quarterly within the Infor WMS. • Developed the Quality Audit program to measure and report the metrics of auditing processes in the DC including receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, staging and shipping areas. Weekly metrics reported to the Sr. Leadership team in Columbia, SC headquarters. • Implemented the Returns process to handle shipments returned from carriers and or accounts to the warehouse. Trained and managed the transfer of this operation from a manufacturing DC in Iowa to the KCDC. Developed the systemic process partnering with IT. • Opened and manage an Off-Site DC, documented the standard operational practices and successfully moved over $42M of inventory accurately in a four-week period. Direct the flow of material to and from the off-site DC to the KCDC daily. • Assisting in the development and documentation of SOPs for multiple operations within the DC which operates 24/7, four shifts.

Provided Leadership and Management Training support for Pure Fishing in two Distribution Centers (500K sq. ft. and 650K sq. ft) located in Kansas City, MO • Developed managers, supervisors and hourly staff to operate as a team using my ability to communicate effectively both giving reinforcement and constructive criticism in a positive manner. • Organized the seamless transfer of over $70m worth of inventory from and existing Distribution Center into a start-up Distribution Center in a 30-day period with a goal of minimizing delays of shipments to customers. • Managed and trained a staff of 4 supervisors and over 150 associates in a two-shift operation to ship over 700 trailer loads of inventory from one DC to the other in a structured and organized manner. • Developed the processes for receiving and accurately storing materials in a start-up DC.
