Adapting in an ever changing environment means that sometimes, you need to do what is necessary. I spent 2 months with the Data Foundations team, and it was a rewarding and enlightening experience. I was able to see the company from a different perspective, and understand some additional nuances. Moving back into production support, I feel that the time.
