-Reporting directly to CEO and owner, I am responsible for reporting on and analyzing trends for three properties under the Wolfe, LLC umbrella (giftcardgranny.com, mycoupons.com, saveya.com).-Built out and maintained our paid search, display, and email campaigns. I increased Adwords ROI to 40% up from 0% when I took over the program with no previous experience. I increased ROI on display campaigns by 17%.-Led the effort to find the best publishing solution for advertising on our site.-Implemented any changes to Google Tag manager to track changes to our websites. -Led the adoption of Google Data Studio to be used company wide for administrative reporting. This increased capabilities, decreased development time required by our lead developer in order to complete the new admin, and decreased time spent on reporting company wide.

Head of Analytics and Optimization departments-Reporting to co-founder and CIO, built and managed a team of 4 analysts and 5 engineers to develop an internal analytics platform that housed over 6 billion transaction from our clients, which comprised over 300 Enterprise retailers online. This platform was used by Account Managers for client success, the PR team for outreach to the media, and Executives for company strategy and board meetings. -Created an analytics process that consisted of gathering credentials, sanitizing data, analyzing it to create recommendations for clients and continually reporting data company-wide, on historicals, trends, and test results. -Expanded the analytics role to include optimization and UX best practices so that clients could have exact action items to increase conversion rate, average order value and revenue per visitor. This resulted in over $2M in client upsells across 55 clients for our analytics services.-Led all client quarterly strategy meetings with data-driven recommendations to reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC) via marketing spend, ROI analysis, and optimization roadmaps.
