Lead project teams responsible for the design, development and deployment of large-scale classroom and online learning solutions for a state-wide correctional system of over 5,000 employees. Reviewed scripts, storyboards and completed courseware to ensure sound design, usability, functionality and compliance with government and agency requirements. I incorporated a wide range of technical and leadership skills to best prepare the Agency's employees for success.

​Worked collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts to effectively design and development a variety of learning solutions. Collaborated with Senior Instructional designers and Multimedia E-Learning Developers to build online courses primarily using Adobe Captivate. Created comprehensive storyboards and prototypes to develop E-learning courses. Captured and edited short training videos for integration into classroom and online projects. Developed course development specifications for the design and deployment of all E-Learning courses. Designed and developed the Agency's first prototype e-learning course that earned an Agency recognition award.

Served on the International Association of Correctional Training Personnel (IACTP) Board of Directors to support the advancement of correctional training. IACTP’s members are professionals who help others by creating learning solutions in a variety of ways. The Board supported the membership in the form of research, content sharing, webcasts, publications and an annual conference for correctional training practitioners.
