I'm a litigator, and practice in a variety of complex construction, commercial and business disputes. Other areas of my practice include insurance coverage disputes, plaintiff's personal injury, agribusiness litigation, family law, and appellate practice. Prior to joining Ward and Smith, I practiced civil litigation in Binghamton, New York. I also presided over numerous jury trials during nine years of service as the Acting Village Justice and Village Justice for the Village of Johnson City, New York.Currently, I serve as the primary North Carolina contact for the Law Firm Alliance, an international network of mid-sized law firms. In that capacity, I lead the LFA's litigation practice group.
