Management of the largest office in Bartlett. Supervise 11 Arborist Representatives, 5 Administrative Assistants, 2 Mechanics, and 52 production workers. Responsibilities: Safety & Regulation, Supervision, Training, Financial, etc These duties and responsibilities are in addition to those listed under Arborist Representative below.

• Responsible for all areas of sales within a defined territory, including selling, marketing, customer service and other non-selling tasks including, but not limited to, administration, production and training.• Prepares estimates for clients and potential customers.• Maintains a high level of technical knowledge.• Develops and updates annual Plant Health Care Programs.• Actively participates in professional, trade and/or civic organizations.• Supervises work to be performed, ensuring jobs are completed per the signed contract and to the clients satisfaction.• Interviews prospective production personnel and arborist representatives • Acquires and maintains all necessary licensing and certification.• Responsible for implementing and enforcing all safety, transportation and pesticide compliance programs.• Networks at various trade functions.• Act as an expert witness in court or governmental hearings
