As the primary point of contact for the Long Island, Brooklyn & Queens territory, I bring engineering expertise toward solutions for industrial hydraulic and pneumatic systems. My efforts are aimed at assisting organizations restore proper equipment function, minimizing down-time, and improving cycle-time efficiency. Progressive Hydraulics provides hydraulic power units, plus both hydraulic and pneumatic sub-assemblies and components to original equipment manufacturers, as well as to industrial manufacturing companies for maintenance and modification of production equipment. We build both pre-configured and custom designed power units, and stock a huge inventory of solenoids, regulators, manual & automatically controlled valves, cylinders, accumulators, hose and fittings.Common applications include compression molding, thermoforming, food processing, packaging, mil-spec testing, parking system vehicle lifts, compactors, and mobile hydraulics.

Manage budget and execution of building maintenance, repair and renovation projects. Create request for quote specifications - research, interview and select contractors. Monitor project progress and maintenance of site safety - confirm adherence to specifications. Follow-up on tenant concerns and assure satisfaction with contractors and service providers.

Manage regional competitions. Coordinate venue management, staff, volunteers, and outside contractors (e.g. lighting, audio-visual, drayage, etc.) from inception to conclusion. Guide lead staff on mission critical decisions beyond the scope of standard directives. Assure functionality of field, driver and robot interfaces, and the automated match/scoring system. Maintain safe public environment.

Expanded national distribution of the Spectronics® life-safety product line into NYC metropolitan area. Our primary market was engineered fire alarm and smoke control systems for commercial, industrial, governmental & health care facilities. Oversaw sales, contract negotiation, project management, installation and maintenance operations. Built loyal client base, and grew referral network, by establishing the firm's reputation for superior expertise & on-time performance.

Twice publicly elected member of the Board. Refined and presented annual budgets and a bond referendum for voter approval. Collaborated on proposed capital projects. Introduced numerous successful initiatives for the improvement of educational experiences & fiscal reponsibility.
