Concept store blending curated retail and hospitality

Senior responsibility in the company’s retail sales and operations, reporting directly to CEO. Developing and implementing retail structure and processes, setting luxury service culture and values, encompassing staff development, recruitment and HR matters across all stores. Involved in the strategizing of sales growth and marketing opportunities to achieve growth on LY.Involved in designed and product development providing analytical and commercial awareness to maximized sales.Development and expansion of the retail estate, lead role in store opening and the launching of new store concepts, managing design, construction and build installation. Negotiating and setting new tenancy agreements, and managing landlord relationships.

Launched store, built new team and developed market in a new city

Management of flagship store - 2,800+ sq ft. over 3 floors, with responsibility of 18 full staff. Developing the store to meet the company objectives and KPI’s, managing the full HR responsibilities of the store Developed new store guidelines and procedures and introduced company wide. Roll out intensive training and structure, set the staff individual training and development plans.Headed “Made to Measure” for the company responsible for sales, training and product development.

Shared full responsibilities with the manager of Ladies and Menswear store. Responsible for the full management of the store in absence of a manger for over 11 months. I was involved in training and development of staff.

Managing the business both commercially and visually. Ensuring high standards of customer service consistently in this high product turnover store. Forecasting sales and payroll along with HR issues and daily administration.

Expanded the Personal Shopping service to encompass menswear, ladieswear, food and home to create more revenue. Dealt with both television and press media representation and event organisation.
