Our team at Noblis works with cloud service providers to get their products properly secured and to prepare documentation packages to demonstrate compliance.

The position of Chief Security Officer was created in 2014 so I could develop Cybersecurity Guidelines targeted at small and mid-sized businesses. I also wrote and presented the BBB "5 Steps to Better Business Cybersecurity" training course, and developed the BBB's annual "State of Cybersecurity among Small Businesses in North America" report.The Council of Better Business Bureaus (CBBB) is the umbrella organization for 100+ BBBs across North America.

Our team managed the NOAA Computer Incident Response Team which implemented both proactive and reactive measures to protect NOAA IT resources against malicious incidents and to assure the overall soundness of NOAA's IT security posture, and the NOAA Security Operations Center, which provided continuous enterprise monitoring and situational awareness supporting all of NOAA by monitoring over one billion cyber events per day.We were also NOAA's Trusted Internet Connection Access Point (TICAP) Team deploying major upgrades at five sites with cumulative 125 Gb/s capacity.
