Led team of three service solution practice leads tasked with developing and managing overall value proposition, marketing and delivery of turnkey design, deployment, network management / optimization, maintenance support and managed services for $500M global wireless networks company. Progressed into this role from Senior Product Line Business Manager over North America and Africa, and Director of Partner Products and Solutions positions.• Developed and implemented service portfolio roadmap, recruited services management expertise, resulting in increased services sales from 17% to 24% of total company revenue in two years.• Completed multi-functional effort to establish OEM partnership as alternative to continued R&D investment, in support of cell site energy management business initiative. Business expenses reduced by 75%, customer trial successfully completed, $1M+ revenue recognized, in < 6 months. • Led team responsible for extending customer solutions portfolio via 3rd party OEM partnerships. Leading designer & manufacturer of satellite communications products used by global OEMs and service providers, including DirecTV, Echostar (Dish Network), Bell Canada ExpressVu, and British Sky Broadcasting.Led $50M business and directed both business development and program management personnel. Progressed into role from Sales Manager and Director of Program Management positions. • Secured lead design position with Echostar (Dish Network) for new multi-satellite antenna.• Designed and developed formal program management organization (PMO) including tools to improve forecasting, contract review and business processes.
