Responsible for the coordination of the audits (SOX, internal audits, & external audits) and auditors with the North American finance teams, system admin and quality review program leader for account reconciliations, point of contact for finance policy questions, manager of the government survey logistics, leading the team responsible for the payments made to all CNH suppliers of North American Operations, and in 2020 took over as ad interim manager of Accounts Payable.

Oversee and coordinate the SOX program for CNH Industrial and CNH Capital (NAFTA). Oversee and implement other on-going audit programs within Finance. Assist with system security enhancement projects, including SOD analysis/resolution and SAP access re-validation. Assist with other control enhancement and process improvement projects within the Finance Organization to help establish and sustain an effective and efficient internal control environment.

Direct Supervision of Retail Operations Training and Quality Assurance staff in Racine, WI and New Holland, PA locations. Development, maintenance, and delivery of training to the Retail Operations departments within CNH Capital. Maintained a training history on personnel within these areas. Work with the Retail Operations departments to ensure procedures comply with federal and state/provincial regulations as well as Company Policies and Investor requirements. Managed the QA process to ensure compliance with all CNH Capital procedures. Monitored the QA results for efficiency opportunities or uncontrolled risk points. Partnered with business managers to ensure any variations uncovered by the QA process are resolved in a proactive, positive manner. Reported repeated variations or unusual / suspect activity to the Manager: Processes and Controls.

Led a group of auditors (up to 5) in conducting onsite operational, financial and compliance audits for domestic and international CNH and related Fiat subsidiaries; designed tests used to complete Sarbanes-Oxley compliance reviews; prepared findings and recommendations to be reviewed by and discussed with management.

Performed financial, operational and compliance audits in accordance with audit plan, which included the analysis, evaluation, recommendation and monitoring of divisional/departmental operating procedures, methods and standards; assisted outside auditors in their preparation and completion of audits.Medical Provider Audit Intern (6/03-4/05)Performed reviews of health care providers’ financial records, including Medicare cost reports; prepare detailed audit work papers and adjustment reports; communicated with provider to determine the extent of audit work necessary; proposed adjustments to financial filings and provide explanation of adjustments to provider.
