Led corporate formation, technology hand-off from EWI, MVP, investment, product strategy and execution. In Nov 2014, RealWeld was acquired by Lincoln Electric where I served another 8 months as a consultant for the successful integration of the business into Lincoln's Automation Solutions Group.The RealWeld Trainer is an appliance of hardware and software that uses motion-capture cameras to clone the welding technique of instructors/masters to their students/trainees.

Information Dimensions was a software pioneer in content management. I led product development, customer support, professional services and marketing functions. In 1994, we re-platformed our application from client/server to web/http technologies, becoming Netscape's first OEM customer.

Was part of a team implementing document discovery systems and processes for one of the most complex litigation matters in history.

Started in product development as an intern while a senior in college. Success led Battelle to spin-out the business as a separate entity under the name Information Dimensions.
