CurrentDevelop client business requirements and user journeys, and manage technical writing staff operating in an Agile framework supporting Amazon Connect Services development and migration projects.Managing a team of Technical Writers to gather requirements, author, edit, and review IT documentation for large public sector Client technology migration initiatives.Lead Technical Writer operating within an Agile framework supporting Call Center migration and modernization initiatives to Amazon Connect Cloud Services.AccomplishmentsPrepare business/functional/system/non-functional requirements, and develop System (Software) Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation for Client initiatives.Standardize all Client-facing deliverables (functional and technical documentation, presentations, reporting/discovery, and miscellaneous support documents.)Organize Client Teams/SharePoint repositories to conform with Program Management best practices and organizational requirements.Establish Client documentation version/revision control to maintain definitive source of truth process.Activities Work with all levels of internal resources, interview stakeholders, and attend engineering/ discovery meetings to obtain and organize information, author, and publish technical information (SDLC, requirements, APIs, functional/technical guides, testing materials, etc.) Author various development oriented, cloud-based documents, flows, presentations, diagrams, and spreadsheets in support of Amazon Connect and other development initiatives. Design tools in Figma, Lucid, Jira, SharePoint/Teams, and DrawIO to capture and track functional and business requirements and functional processes. Manage a team of direct and contract technical writers. Impose version control and brand, format, and voice consistency across all written materials. Final QC for all team documentation prior to Client intake.
