Global Solution Owner / Solution Delivery Expert
Led the evaluation, selection and implementation of a custom Global Case Management solution that enabled the Mondelez Business Services (MBS) organization and the HR function to transform HR service delivery by establishing three regional Employee Service Centers that receive and process HR requests from employees across more than 40 countries. The solution included:• Capabilities that enable employees to submit HR requests via on-line forms in several local languages or via phone. • A dozen standardized and streamlined HR workflows that deliver significant operational efficiencies for employees, managers and MBS Advisors by eliminating a collection of inconsistent and manually intensive processes.In 2017, led a second vendor evaluation process that resulted in the selection of ServiceNow to fulfill the enterprise Case Management needs for Mondelez beginning in 2018. Assisted with the negotiation of the Licensing and Services Agreements.
Is Lead, Information Lifecycle Management
Continued to lead the design and implementation of enterprise Information Lifecycle Management capabilities for Mondelez (that had begun prior to the spin-off of Kraft Foods) to ensure that critical content and intellectual property were being retained in compliance with the corporate records retention policy and that content that had met its retention requirements was properly deleted. Highlights included:• The implementation of an Enterprise Archiving solution and support services to help clients address content archiving requirements. Archived millions of documents. • Worked with more than 125 application owners to archive critical content in legacy applications before those applications were decommissioned. • Worked with Legal to define content retention requirements and clean-up processes for legacy content stored in active and former employee/contractor home directories and mailboxes and network shared drives. Initiated numerous clean-up endeavors.• Efforts resulted in the mitigation of risk and a significant reduction in infrastructure, licensing, service, storage and support costs.

• Began to lead the design and implementation of enterprise Information Lifecycle Management capabilities (as described above) to ensure that critical content and intellectual property were being retained in compliance with the corporate records retention policy and that content that had met its retention requirements was properly deleted in order to mitigate risk and reduce costs. • Initiated, negotiated and led several contractual and systems implementation activities associated with the split of Kraft Foods into two separate companies in 2012 to ensure that both Kraft and Mondelez were well positioned for sustained success.
