In my most recent role, I spearheaded a national program team to ensure 24/7 operational readiness of IP Telephony systems for a prominent national healthcare system. I also implemented governance for projects overseeing the management and monitoring of IP Telephony equipment and systems.Key Accomplishments:• Streamlining processes for the seamless integration of hundreds of sites using Cisco IPT technology, providing Voice over IP services to over 235,000 users.• Achieving successful implementation of standardized design parameters and management protocols for new sites, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.• Overseeing the development, testing, and deployment of Contact Center scripts and CTI applications, delivering mission-critical projects to enhance overall functionality.
