I love thinking about the future, and visualizing what is around the corner to shape and connect businesses, products, and people. I am inspired by new thinking and by innovative ideas that improve processes and increase effectiveness and efficiency that drive high performance, measurable results, and profitable businesses.Working on the street for 24 years, including trading in the Financials Sector during the Global Financial Crisis, I have been fortunate to meet, work with, and hire some incredible people that have done and are doing some amazing things in our industry. Building these relationships and investing time in them has led to some of my greatest learning and opportunities for brainstorming about the future of the markets, and then taking these ideas to the marketplace to build new businesses. close important deals, and value-creating strategic partnerships.
