With more than 15 years of experience in the Real Estate, Mortgage, and Title industry, my journey with Madison Settlement Services began as a consultant in Michigan. Over time, I proved my mettle, and the company saw great potential, inviting me to become a partner and establish a new location in the state.Taking on the role of partner, I assumed responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the title company, not only in Michigan but also on a national level. My expertise and dedication enabled me to work with multiple Underwriters, broadening our scope and reach in the industry.In my first full year as a partner, I managed to achieve an impressive 10-fold increase in business for Madison Settlement Services. This success continued, with a remarkable 5-fold increase in the following year. The growth was a result of hard work and strategic decisions.A pivotal factor in our success was building a diverse team of skilled individuals across all departments. This included professionals handling processing, closing, disbursement, and post-closing procedures. My commitment to cross-training every team member has proven invaluable, as they are now adept at resolving any challenges that may arise during a title transaction.Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring seamless operations while providing top-notch title insurance services in all 50 states. I am thrilled to have been presented with a fantastic opportunity to work with a startup called Complete Title partnered with First American for Shore Mortgage. In this role, I, not only handle sales and marketing but also have the responsibility of overseeing compliance, legal matters, systems, and operational issues. Additionally, I am overlooking the teams process of closings, post-closings, and final policy procedures.Having accumulated over 6 years of experience in the Real Estate, Mortgage, and Title industry, I have focused on building a diverse and highly capable team. This team is cross-trained to efficiently handle any challenges that may arise during title transactions. Furthermore, throughout my career, I have successfully directed, organized, and managed teams of professionals, enabling the provision of title insurance services across all 50 states.My extensive background and expertise in the industry, along with my team's dedication, positions us to deliver outstanding service to our clients while ensuring that all aspects of the title process are handled with precision and efficiency. I recently joined Title Source, filled with excitement for my new position. Working collaboratively with both the new owners' team and the previous owner, I seamlessly integrated into the company's culture. A major accomplishment was spearheading the creation of a dynamic regional sales department.
