With a diverse background as an executive, experienced entrepreneur, and professor working in the fields of strategic communications and leadership coaching, I leverage my business knowledge with my coaching expertise to drive clients and teams to a higher level of professional and personal success - achieving their objectives. This isn't a willy-nilly approach but a data-driven approach in which clients right away will have a better understanding of who they are and how they operate: their strengths, areas to improve or blind spots, what creates energy or depletes it, and more. With this knowledge, we'll work together to find an approach that works for you to help you achieve your goals. My background? I've been an individual contributor, front-line manager, director, executive, entrepreneur, consultant, professor, and leadership and team coach.
