Directed all aspects of testing including planning, safety, training, and execution for various programs including STANDARD Missile-6 and Naval Integrated Fire Control- Counter Air. Managed Desert Ship as a surrogate land-based ship combat system to provide operationally relevant test capability and in support of concept development for Aegis Ashore. Leveraged test team expertise to support evolving capabilities in hypersonics and lasers.

Acting Commanding Officer of Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona, a NAVSEA field activity with a mission as the independent assessment and analysis agent responsible for gauging warfighting capability of U.S Navy ships and aircraft; as the metrology and calibration agent for the Navy and Marine Corps; and the range systems engineering agent for Navy and Marine Corps tactical training ranges.
