Hammer currently operates and maintains the bulk fuel facility at Eglin AFB. Over the past 14 years Hammer has performed bulk fuel operations at 20 different Air Force and Navy installations in the US, Europe and Asia.

Managed Pipeline Integrity Management Program for a dual purpose pipeline that transferred residual fuel oil and natural gas in the same pipeline to a steam electric generating station in eastern PA. Managed all aspects of inline inspection (smart pigging), developed Corrosion Repair program utililizing IMP protocols. Managed Operator Qualification Program. Project Manager on the Lower Mount Bethel Gas Project in 2002, which included the installation of a new 4.5-mile 20" gas pipeline, two M&R stations, and a 1.5-mile 12" gas pipeline. Responsible for design oversight, construction, and supervision of construction inspectors. Performed all material procurement functions on the project. The project was completed on time and under budget.
