- I developed three two-week courses: Essential C#, C#: Beyond the Basics, and Patterns and Practices. These courses combined to create a 6-week bootcamp for new developers to explore the technologies and strategies used at GEICO. This included slides, a comprehensive Student Guide, demos and labs for each unit.- Delivered the boot camp twice a year for 4 years- Managed a year-long development project to create a simplified GEICO Sales System to use as an instructional tool to explore large-scale development and architecture. This allowed students to go beyond typical classroom examples to an environment much more like what they'll be using in their job. Since colleges often doesn't prepare students about large-scale development concerns, this provided a way of doing so in a safe way before tackling real-world systems.- Re-imagined and reengineered the bootcamp courses with a hybrid instructor-led/eLearning approach. Shot/edited videos of all presentations. Created a detailed syllabus providing a schedule and links to the eLearning materials. Self-paced course elements were supplemented by a daily meet-up where live demos were presented and questions answered on each unit.

Springwise Facilities Management contracts with retailers to maintain landscaping, snow removal, etc. and then arranges fulfillment with local service providers. Through training companies and brokers across the US, I taught a variety of Microsoft Certified and third-party developer courses. Topics included ASP.NET, C#, Visual Basic, SQL Server, XML, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).For Progressive Solutions, I created a 4-day course to teach XML and related technologies like DTDs, XML Schema, XSLT, Namespaces, SAX and DOM.
