We are able to freeze our already blended soft-serve milkshakes and make them come back to how they are supposed to taste just like you were at a Fanci Freez restaurant. In addition to our famous milkshakes, we have developed a new way to sell milkshakes outside of our store locations in the consumer package goods (CPG) category. Our CPG product uses patent-pending technology to package and sell our soft serve milkshakes in grocery stores without adding chemicals. There is currently nothing like it in the market. Released in the summer of 2023, we feel this ground-breaking product creates a new category of ice cream treats never before seen in the grocery market.

We acquired this iconic landmark business in early 2017. It was an easy decision to go back to the restaurant business with this well-established, local favorite destination as the reason. Since 1947, Fanci Freez has been bringing the Boise community delicious milkshakes, burgers and fast food for decades. A taste of the good old days with a mom-and-pop joint that delivers great food, great atmosphere at great prices.We’ve been an active part of the Boise, ID community since our doors first opened. As franchisee for Five Guys Burgers and Fries restaurants, we own and operate locations in Utah, Idaho and Oklahoma.
